ABM Construction Package is compiled with the ideal tools for a competitive business, with special focus on job cost management, invoicing and single-entry work flow. The package includes the core ABM accounting system with job costing, as well as the recommended Project Invoicing, Subcontractor Claims, Job & Timesheeting and Business Intelligence optional modules.

Project Invoicing

Project Invoicing allows you to invoice charges to a job according to variable criteria, allowing fast, flexible and simple invoice or draft invoice creation for customer projects and jobs. It lets the user choose the amount to invoice and the value of work in progress to be set-off against revenue.

Subcontractor Claims

The module is designed for entry of subcontractor claims against a job or project. This allows subcontractors to be setup as suppliers in the system and assign them to specific jobs or projects, allowing the processing of interim claims submitted from subcontractors for work done at a stage.

Job & Timesheeting

The Job & Time Sheeting business solution is designed specifically to meet the timesheet and job management needs of professional industries. Designed with the help of Spencer Holmes Ltd, one of the leading companies in the New Zealand surveying and planning field, to create a system focused on the requirements of fast, easy and accountable timesheeting for employees to enter against jobs.

Business Intelligence

A data mining application providing a “bird’s eye view” to in-depth analysis of your business and its profitability. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of your business through analytical assessment, costs and revenue comparisons, ratio and bottom line analysis, customer and staff performance review, and a range of comprehensive analysis tools. With an aim to improve business efficiency and profitability, the module focuses on delivering relevant information through flexible data mining as well as easy to interpret visually attractive interfaces.

The package is able to be customised to fit requirements, from removing or adding optional modules to specific bespoke applications developed for clients. The choice between Small Business or Enterprise editions are also available to suit.
